Stephen Cuthbert

Attorney and Founder

Steve’s unique set of qualifications has given him a valuable skill set that he uses to directly benefit his clients. During his time as a domestic violence prosecutor, Steve gained an intimate knowledge of the ins and outs of domestic violence specialty courts and other criminal court programs and procedures. He is known for using his knowledge gained as a prosecutor and judge to find unique solutions that match his clients’ specific needs and situations.

Paul Newman

Attorney

Newman’s distinct qualifications have equipped him with a valuable skill set that he leverages to benefit his clients directly. While serving as a domestic violence prosecutor, he gained in-depth insight into the workings of domestic violence specialty courts and various criminal court programs and processes. He is recognized for applying his experience as both a prosecutor and judge to craft tailored solutions that address his clients’ unique needs and circumstances.

Caroline Stewart

Paralegal

Caroline is a dedicated and experienced paralegal with a passion for assisting clients through legal matters with professionalism and empathy. With a strong background in law and a commitment to providing exceptional service, Caroline holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) demonstrating her commitment to excellence in legal studies.
